I have been on a faith journey for nearly 30 years, and have often struggled with consistency in the Word, wondering if I’m praying ”right”, and wondering if I’m hearing from God or if it’s just my own thoughts. It wasn’t until I faced a couple valleys of my own that I was able to realize that in order to develop the spiritual disciplines and habits that kept me on the path to seeking God - and hearing from Him - it would require seeking Him on a daily basis so I can continue to grow in my relationship with Him. In this podcast, you will boost your faith with weekly memory verses, feel refreshed by daily devotionals, and start your day with prayer so you can feel comfortable in your faith journey. I’ve learned that to grow in faith, you need a few key ingredients: regular time in God’s Word, a community of fellow believers who’ve been around the block, and the knowledge that you’re right where you’re supposed to be. So, if you’re ready to: ✨ Finally find some friends who’ve got your back on your journey with God ✨  Connect with a community of believers who’ve been down this road before, and  ✨ Gain some rock-solid confidence in the amazing plan that God’s got for your life, Guess what? This podcast is for your friend. 🫂 Now, no need to dress up – grab your coffee, tea, or whatever you fancy ☕️ , get comfy, and let’s kick off our shoes for a bit of soul-nourishing conversation. Hey Sis! 🎙️
Today’s episode is a tender reminder of who we are in Christ—and how deeply we are loved by our Heavenly Father. We’re continuing in 2 Corinthians 12:9, reflecting on the truth that God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness. When we stop striving to “have it all together” and instead lean into our limitations, we find that His power rests upon us. From Paul's thorn to our own day-to-day struggles, this episode encourages us to shift from self-reliance to full dependence on God's sustaining grace.
We also dive into Day 2 of the “Worry for Nothing” devotional with a powerful scripture pairing: Philippians 4:6-7 and 1 Peter 5:7. You’ll be reminded that peace is promised, but it comes through prayer, petition, and thanksgiving. If you’ve been carrying stress, worry, or uncertainty, this episode is an invitation to lay it all down and remember—God cares, and His peace is available to you!

Hey Sis! 🎙️
Today’s episode is a soulful check-in and a powerful reminder that God meets us in our weakest moments with grace that’s more than enough.
We dive into 2 Corinthians 12:9 and explore how God’s strength is made perfect in our limitations, not despite them but through them. Diana invites us to reflect honestly on how our head, heart, and soul are really doing—because self-awareness rooted in God’s truth leads to spiritual transformation.
We also kick off a new devotional titled Worry for Nothing, anchoring ourselves in the truth of Matthew 6 and Jeremiah 29:11: that worry cannot add a single hour to our lives, but trust in God’s plan brings true peace.
If you’ve been wrestling with worry or feeling worn down by life’s “thorns,” this episode reminds you that His grace is still sufficient. Always.

Hey Sis! 🎙️
Today’s episode is a heart check and a celebration—a reminder to focus not just on what we present to the world, but the posture of our hearts before God. We dive into Matthew 23 where Jesus challenges the Pharisees on their outward religiosity, and then reflect on Paul’s raw honesty in 2 Corinthians 12:7–10, where he reveals his "thorn" and the sufficiency of God’s grace in weakness.
Through our final day of our devotional from “Holy Week: Pause. Ponder. Pray.”, we’re reminded that the Resurrection Day celebration isn’t just a moment—it’s a daily reality. If you've been wrestling with personal limitations or feeling worn down by the pressures of life, this episode will encourage you to embrace God's strength in your weakness and praise Him not just on Easter, but every single day.

As we reflect on the message of Easter, we’re reminded that Jesus conquered both Hell and the grave—truly the ultimate victory. If you’ve been battling fear or doubt, this episode will encourage you to stand firm in the promise that God is with you, strengthening you through every moment.

📖 Matthew 27:33–54 | The Crucifixion of Jesus
Hey Sis 🎙️Welcome to Day 5 of our Holy Week scripture reading from the devotional series, "Holy Week. Pause. Ponder. Pray."
Today’s reading is from Matthew 27:33–54, a sacred and sobering account of the crucifixion of Jesus. These verses take us to Golgotha, where our Savior bore the weight of our sin and gave His life in love. It’s a passage that humbles us, convicts us, and calls us to remember the cost of grace.

Hey Sis! 🎙️
Today’s episode is a powerful close to our study of Philippians 2:1–11 and a timely heart check for Good Friday. We’re reminded that Jesus didn’t just model humility—He embodied it. From His divine nature to His servant heart, from surrendering to the cross to being exalted above all, we reflect on how His story calls us to deeper devotion.
We also dive into our Holy Week: Pause. Ponder. Pray. devotional and look at the sobering example of Judas—how it’s possible to look the part, say the right words, and still betray Jesus with our lives. But Sis, this isn’t a message of condemnation—it’s a call to closeness. It’s a reminder that we don’t serve a Savior who is distant, but One who welcomes all of us, even our mess. If you’ve ever wrestled with the difference between appearance and authentic obedience, this episode will meet you right there—with love, truth, and grace.
Let today be a moment of realignment. Holy Week isn’t about performance—it’s about presence. And Jesus is inviting you to walk with Him, heart and all.
